Terms of Service — RUO Purchase Agreement

Products are sold exclusively for research, laboratory, and analytical use. They are not sold for human or veterinary consumption, or for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease. We provide no dosing, administration, or usage instructions, and make no medical, therapeutic, cosmetic, or performance claim about any product.

By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they:

• · Are purchasing for legitimate research purposes
• · Will not resell, relabel, or represent any material as suitable for human or animal use
• · Have appropriate laboratory facilities, training, and expertise
• · Are solely responsible for legal compliance in their own jurisdiction

No representation is made regarding the safety or efficacy of any material for human or animal use. Any such use is strictly at the buyer's sole risk. Except for the purity and identity specifications stated on the applicable Certificate of Analysis, materials are supplied "as is" and all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed.

The buyer assumes all risk associated with the receipt, storage, handling, use, and disposal of purchased materials, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Fleck Enterprises LLC and its officers, employees, and suppliers against any claim, loss, or expense arising from misuse of a material or from breach of these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fleck Enterprises LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount paid for the material at issue.

All sales are final. Processing times, carriers, and the limited conditions under which a replacement may be issued for a shipping error or material damaged in transit are set out in our Shipping & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Prices are listed in US dollars. The buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, and tariffs assessed by their jurisdiction.

Fleck Enterprises LLC may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the terms then in effect; the version in effect at the time of an order governs that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in California.
